Complete Amenities This welcoming home features a lovely gas stone fireplace with ceramic logs in the living room with open-beam construction and a flat screen TV with cable for everyone to enjoy. This home is nestled in a wooded lot with a large front yard and beautiful fully fenced backyard which offers room for pets under 60 lbs, as well as a large deck and natural gas BBQ; plus an outdoor homemade large checker board. Walking distance to Snow Summit or go two houses up to the corner of Summit and have the ski shuttle pick you up. Either way skiing is just around the corner. It has the conveniences of a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/oven, washer and dryer, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that opens to the kitchen and living room so everyone can be together. There is a loft/game room upstairs with a futon sleeper and foosball table, and in the garage there is a ping pong table. When you're not out and about skiing, hiking, boating or shopping, keep in touch with the High Speed Wireless Internet Access. 4 Bedrooms Plus Loft with futon sleeper and Foosball Table, 3 Full Bathrooms, Sleeps 10 You will love the beautiful Primary suite located upstairs, which offers a king-size bed, wood burning stove (uses stove sized wood), kitchenette, flat screen TV with cable, sitting area with sofa and a beautiful full size master bathroom with jetted tub and dual vanity. There is a 2nd bedroom located on the main floor which includes a queen bed and a private bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There is a shared full bathroom for these two rooms. The loft/game room is also located upstairs and has a full futon sleeper and foosball table. There is plenty of sleeping for 10. Private Deck The back yard is fully fenced and there is a very private deck with patio furniture and full of trees to give you that true mountain feeling. It's the perfect place for the family or friends to enjoy a BBQ or just relax after a day of adventure. Washer and Dryer You will certainly enjoy the convenience of a full size washer and dryer. We provide the laundry detergent. Pet Friendly - Under 60 lbs! Bring the family dog. You will certainly enjoy the fully fenced backyard for your loving pet. There is also a dog crate in the kitchen pantry if needed. Please do not leave your pet unattended during your stay. 4 Car Parking There is level parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. No garage parking! There is garage access, but the owner does not allow parking in garage due to the ping pong table. Enjoy playing Ping Pong and Air Hockey in the garage with its own furnace for your convenience! Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property. House Rules and Notes - No parties or events of any kind allowed on property - No more than 4 cars at the house at any time - Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation. - No smoking - Check-in time is 4 PM - Check-out time is 10 AM Max Adult Occupancy: 10 Max Occupancy: 12 A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 10 allowed. No Over Occupancy. Vacation Rental Permit/License #VRR-2024-2601 Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
