With its wood-lined gambrel ceiling soaring overhead, a wood-stove for cozy evenings, and a fun loft overlooking the living room, Baby Bear Cabin has a sweet lodge aura that will have you feeling right at home. Windows soar to the gambrel roof, showing off the expansive deck and letting in lots of mountain light. A flat-screen TV over the fireplace lets you stream the game or a favorite movie from the comfy leather sofa. A gorgeous kitchen with stainless appliances, a gas range and slate flooring makes it easy to prepare a feast; eat in or dine outdoors on the deck from the gas barbecue. The fenced backyard, a ring of Adirondack chairs and a bubbling hot tub invite you to wind down from the day’s activities. You and your guests will enjoy a good night’s sleep in a main floor queen master suite and an upstairs bunk room next to the sitting area in the loft. From your central location in the valley, you’re equally close to Big Bear Lake and the two ski resorts, Snow Summit and Big Bear Mountain, making this the perfect year-round destination. When you want classic cabin style with all the updated comforts of home, you’ll find Baby Bear Cabin, as Goldilocks would say, “just right!”

House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 2 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 5 allowed. No Over Occupancy.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
Parking for 2 vehicles
This is a dog-friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.
City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy.
The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake and has been copied verbatim from city documents.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit.
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Eviction.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
