Preparing meals will be a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample counter and cupboard space. Enjoy breakfast or lunch at the kitchen counter and savor dinners together at the dining table that seats 8. When the weather warms up, fire up the BBQ and enjoy your meals al fresco on the back deck next to the Firepit Table. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the living room furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, a beautiful stone wall gas fireplace and a large flatscreen TV with streaming services. Still have energy to burn? Head downstairs to the game room for a friendly game of pool next to a roaring Fireplace! End your adventure-filled day with a nightcap by the firepit, or take a soothing soak in the Hot Tub before retreating to bed. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable Bedrooms, each featuring a King bed and flat-screen TV with streaming services. The hallway bathroom offers a full shower and a jetted tub for added relaxation. The primary ensuite bedroom boasts a King bed, flat-screen TV, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower. The downstairs game room doubles as a bedroom with two twin bunk beds, a gas fireplace, a pull-out sofa, and a convenient half-bath—ideal for teens or night owls who enjoy staying up late. The home also features a convenient two-car garage and a washer and dryer—perfect for tackling a load of laundry after a day of sledding or shredding on the slopes! Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property. Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy. The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake, and has been copied verbatim from city documents. *Security Devices: This home has multiple cameras 2 total cameras, One next to the west end garage that overlooks the driveway and front yard One on the west end of the yard that overlooks the west end of the backyard. Recording Cycle is 24/7-365 Do not exceed the occupancy limit. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take trash to dumpster locations. Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines. The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction. Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
