The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. *Not Pet Friendly Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. One assigned parking spot is provided for a maximum of 1 Vehicle, located in the front parking lot of the condo complex. The designated space is labeled '207'. Please note that additional parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis in 7 overflow parking stalls, but it is not guaranteed. Parking passes will be available in the unit upon check-in. You must display parking pass in your vehicle while parked. Any vehicle that does not visibly display parking pass will be at risk of being towed. Parking is NOT permitted in front of the commercial building, on the street, or in any common areas, only park in designated areas with parking pass displayed. Please return both parking passes to the unit before check-out / departure. Failure to return parking passes may result in imposed fine.
