(+$50/night for pool heat - please request at least one week before arrival) The home itself has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, plus thoughtful design touches throughout. Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool. This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our business line is available between 7am-7pm every day, and we are also available for emergencies only 24/7.
