The renowned Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort features indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball right on its grounds. You can either walk or ride the free tram to the white-sand beach, and dine each evening at one of the two on-site restaurants. The shops, restaurants, and attractions of Baytowne Wharf are two miles north, and the tranquil walking trails of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park await four miles east. THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
