You are approximately 10 minutes to Snow Summit and 14 minutes from Bear Mountain. This getaway is convenient to everything while offering you a peaceful mountain atmosphere overlooking our beautiful lake and mountains. 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms + A Den/Game Room Area As you enter the home on the main level there are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, a den/game room area, and an entryway for sleeping. The 1st and 2nd bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed, the den has a queen sleeper sofa, foosball table, and 32" Smart TV, and the entryway has a twin sleeper sofa. This will sleep up to 6 or 7 people. There is also a full-size bathroom on this level. Upstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, which include the primary bedroom which has a king-size bed, 32" Smart TV, and a jack and jill bathroom, with a jetted tub that is shared with the 4th bedroom, which offers a queen-size bed (sleeping for 4 upstairs). 2 story Great room open living area and kitchen with amazing lake views and Pool Table! Feel inspired as soon as you enter the great room style living area with a large brand-new sectional sofa, wood-burning fireplace, pool table, 40" Smart TV, bar with seating, and an amazing deck off the living room with table and chairs, propane BBQ, plus amazing lake views! Just off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Everything you need to make a family dinner. Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property. House Rules and Notes • No parties or events of any kind allowed on property • No more than 3 cars at the house at any time • Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation. • No smoking. Vacation Rental Permit #CESTRP-2020-00635 Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property. This home has a level driveway with parking for up to 3 vehicles. Special Information Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Violation of any no-pet policy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund due for unused portions of stay - violation may also result in a minimum $250.00 fine, plus charges for additional cleaning and any required repairs. City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy. The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake, and has been copied verbatim from city documents. Do not exceed the occupancy limit. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take your furry friend with you. Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Take trash to dumpster locations. Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines. The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction. Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
