Registered persons must stay in the home throughout the reservation. • No smoking • Check-in time is 4 PM • Check-out time is 10 AM *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. For questions on this, please contact our office CESTRP-2021-01005 Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property. Parking is allowed for 3 vehicles. There is a large parking pad on the west end of the property that is better suited for larger vehicles like Trucks & SUV's. The Garage is also accessible but is better suited for smaller vehicles and may not be able to house a larger vehicle. No street parking is allowed per city code. Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.
