The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico await your escape to this resort condo in Tops'l Summit, where you'll be within an easy walk of the sugar sands of Miramar Beach! Take in views of the water from your private balcony and through wall-to-wall windows, and enjoy a wealth of resort amenities - from swimming pools and a hot tub to tennis courts and a fitness center. You'll be able to easily walk to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a miniature golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball on the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. Sit down for dinner or a cold drink at one of the two on-site restaurants, or head up to Grand Boulevard (less than a mile north), Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), or Destin Commons (seven miles west) to find a wide variety of dining options. You'll also be just west of the serene nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
