Here on the shores of Miramar Beach, you'll be treated to a private balcony where you can begin each morning, easy access to the white sugar sand (via a short walk or free tram ride), and on-site resort amenities and facilities that include two restaurants, swimming pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts. On the grounds of Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be able to walk to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a spacious gym, a sauna and steam room, a mini-golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. When you're not dining or grabbing a tropical cocktail on-site, you'll have your pick of dining and shopping options on Grand Boulevard (one mile north) and at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north) and Destin Commons (seven miles west). You'll also be just west of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park - a wonderful place to immerse yourself in nature. THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
