Spend your vacation taking leisurely walks to the beach, soaking in the Florida sunshine, and unwinding in your very own jetted bathtub when you escape to this well-appointed studio in Tops'l Summit. When you're not relaxing on your balcony and taking in the view of the neighboring nature preserve, you'll be treated to a host of on-site amenities, including multiple pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and tennis courts. You need not leave the grounds of Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort to find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a gym, a sauna and steam room, a miniature golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. There's a free tram service that connects to the beach, two on-site restaurants for delicious meals and tropical cocktails, and several walking trails on the property as well. If you do decide to venture out, you'll find beautiful Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the immediate east, the many attractions of Baytowne Wharf two miles north, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets two miles west. THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
