Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot. This property consists of two connected sub-units that can be opened to create a full 3-bedroom home. Guests have the option to rent a single sub-unit or request access to both spaces for a larger 3-bedroom setup, subject to availability
