Guests may also access the pool throughout their stay, as well as a shared hot tub, outdoor shower, tennis court, and more. Start your day at the beach, just a short walk from your door. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club just under two miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just a little over two miles away. And Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just eight-and-a-half miles from the condo. THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot. This property consists of two connected sub-units that can be opened to create a full 3-bedroom home. Guests have the option to rent a single sub-unit or request access to both spaces for a larger 3-bedroom setup, subject to availability
