Step out onto your private balcony to soak in views the nature preserve, and spend your days swimming in the resort's pools, relaxing in the hot tub, and strolling on the white-sand beach. This condo is part of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, the grounds of which feature indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive gym, a sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. To reach the beach, you can easily walk on the resort's paths or hop on board the free tram service. Just beyond the resort, you'll find Grand Boulevard less than a mile north, Baytowne Wharf two miles north, and over a dozen renowned golf courses within a short drive.
