Watch the sun come up over Miramar Beach each morning at this stunning, stylish condo in Tops'l Summit, where you'll be an easy walk or free tram ride from the white sand shoreline. Gaze all the way down the coast from your private balcony, and spend your days playing tennis and racquetball, swimming in the resort's pools, or unwinding in the hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Here on the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You'll also have access to a free beach tram, two on-site restaurants, and several walking trails on the property. Beyond the resort, Grand Boulevard is less than a mile north, Baytowne Wharf's shops and restaurants are two miles north, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is four miles east. A number of world-class golf courses are within a few minutes' drive as well. THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
