Take off your sandals at the built-in bench and settle in. It's easy to cool down in this modern coastal condo with crisp white walls and wall-to-wall tile (except for the bedrooms, because who wants cool toes in the morning?). You'll be able to kick back with the entire group in this condo's living room - cook up some popcorn in the full kitchen and bring it over! There's plenty of equipment on hand for cooking, including two coffee makers so that everyone can stay caffeinated for the day. Pull the high-hung drapes closed and watch a movie on the living room's mounted big-screen TV. But if someone insists on dinner at the table, there's a full dining area (complete with chandelier) to serve the group. The furnished balcony provides the widest view of the ocean, and it's accessible from both the living room and the main bedroom. Don't worry about bedtime - each room has a ceiling fan and a TV so you can wind down your way. Each bathroom is full and features a stone-inlaid standalone shower. The private washer/dryer will take care of the bathing suits and beach towels while you drift off and dream of the beach. The beach is just a short walk down TOPS'L Beach Boulevard. Don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive, just under five miles away. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club one-and-a-half miles from the condo. Shop for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, set a bit over two miles away. Gator Beach, just under eight miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals. There's even a rare albino alligator! THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
