Begin each morning by taking in the view from your private balcony, spend your days soaking in the sunshine on the white-sand beach, and enjoy use of such fantastic resort amenities as swimming pools, tennis courts, a hot tub, and a well-appointed fitness center. On the gated grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a steam room and sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. When you're not dining at one of the two on-site restaurants or riding the free tram to the beach, you'll find Grand Boulevard less than a mile north, Baytowne Wharf one mile beyond, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park less than four miles east. THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
